The exact scope of services will be governed by separate contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), proposals, or service agreements where applicable.

4Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
• Interfere with website operations.
• Upload malicious code, malware, ransomware, or harmful content.

8Client Deliverables

Ownership of project deliverables shall be determined by the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• DBC.AI retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, reusable code libraries, methodologies, and AI models.
• Clients receive only the rights explicitly granted in writing.
• Custom-developed deliverables may be licensed rather than transferred.

9Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information received during the course of business. Confidential information includes:

• Source code
• Trade secrets
• Proprietary models

Confidential information shall not be disclosed without authorization except as required by law.

10Data Protection and Privacy

Our total aggregate liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to DBC.AI during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

20Suspension and Termination
